About Contract Works Insurance
Contract Works Insurance insures the construction-related activities of a construction project into one packaged policy. This can be as minor as a bathroom renovation or room extension to a commercial unit block or sub division. Cover is not only provided to you as the principal, it will extend include your sub contractors. There are 2 types of policies available.
- Annual Contract Works
- One Off Contract Works
